It could be worth keeping an eye on André as a transfer target for Liverpool before the end of the summer, LFC pundit Neil Jones has said in his exclusive column for CaughtOffside.

Andre has impressed at Fluminense in his native Brazil and Jones is aware the 22-year-old is a much loved player at Anfield, although he is unaware of an imminent deal at the moment.

Liverpool would certainly do well to add at least one midfielder to their squad this summer as they may be a little short of that position after so many departures.

I think in an ideal world Liverpool would add another midfielder during this period and given they have only spent £16m on Endo, having offered over £110m for Caicedo, it would be fair to expect the money to be available for the right midfielder.
