Diogo Jota was on the scoresheet in Liverpool’s pre-season win against SV Darmstadt and gave his reaction
Liverpool forward Diogo Jota is happy with the positive signs for the season but believes there is room for improvement.
The Reds wrapped up their preparations for the upcoming Premier League season with a 3-1 win over SV Darmstadt 98. Liverpool finished their preparations on a high after bold shooting from Luis Diaz completed proceedings.
Mohamed Salah and Jota ensured the Bundesliga side’s mistakes were punished after giving the Reds a two-goal lead after just eight minutes at Deepdale.

“They have a new coach and will start from scratch. They can be dangerous but we still know that Stamford Bridge is not easy at all so it’s a good start for the Premier League.” “It was great to start the game with two very quick goals.
