Receiver Update: Alabama Set to Host Top Prospects This Weekend, Extends Multiple Offers

Bama247 reviews the latest in Crimson Tide’s receiver recruitment.

Quincy Shootout: Top-35 Junior Sebastian Wilkins, McDonald’s All-American Isiah Harwell Among Standouts

The Quincy Shootout showcased a diverse range of regional and national talent once again.

Held in Quincy, Illinois, along the Mississippi River, the event has become a regular stop, drawing top-level teams with great community support. This year, the event maintained its high standards, bringing together exciting prospects.

Wilkins, Brewster Play Winning Ball

Wolfeboro (N.H.) Brewster Academy, led by coach Jason Smith, continues to be a powerhouse, with a disciplined and team-focused approach. This year’s standout is junior forward Sebastian Wilkins, ranked No. 31 nationally. Standing at around 6-foot-8, Wilkins is a solid athlete who can shoot, rebound, and play strong defense. What sets him apart, however, is his commitment to doing whatever it takes for the team’s success, focusing on winning plays rather than individual accolades. This selflessness is mirrored throughout the Brewster roster, setting the tone for the team’s success.

Wilkins has received offers from programs such as Alabama, Boston College, Florida State, and Texas A&M, among others.

Brewster’s roster also includes Preston Fowler, a three-star forward committed to James Madison, and Killyan Toure, a guard headed to Iowa State and ranked No. 99 in the senior class. Ebuka Okorie, a Stanford-bound point guard, also impressed with his playmaking and defensive potential. Freshmen Clyde Walters and Antonio Pemberton are ones to watch for the future.

Unsigned Duo at Link Academy is Coming On

Branson (Mo.) Link Academy is a talent-rich program, led by McDonald’s All-American Chris Cenac Jr. The standout performers during the weekend, however, were unsigned seniors Andre Igoudala II and Legend Smiley.

Igoudala, the son of NBA veteran Andre Iguodala, stands nearly 6-foot-7. While he’s still developing physically, his ability to move quickly, jump high, and shoot makes him an intriguing prospect. He’s shown significant potential as a shooter and athlete, though his lack of offers is surprising considering his trajectory.

Smiley, a 6-foot-4 guard from Seattle, is a dangerous jump shooter, hitting six threes in a Saturday win. His self-creation ability and potential for growth in strength and explosiveness make him a player to watch for the next level.

Notes on Committed Seniors

Isiah Harwell, a 6-foot-5 wing from Wasatch Academy, was named to the McDonald’s All-American Game and showed why with a strong performance. After recovering from a major knee injury, Harwell displayed his pre-injury form, hitting deep shots and playing physically. He looks set to develop into a standout player under Kelvin Sampson at Houston.

Gavin Sykes from Long Beach State was a powerful wing who could overpower defenders, driving to the basket and finishing well. He contributed significantly, scoring over 30 points in a game against Kansas City’s Oak Park.

Corbin Allen, a three-star wing committed to San Diego, showcased his versatility, contributing as both a ball handler and post player. He’s a solid defender with a great frame for development.

Bradley Longcor III, playing for Quincy High, is a skilled guard who will fit well at Santa Clara. Standing at 6-foot-4, he has room to grow physically but is a smart player capable of contributing at the next level.

Keaton Wagler, a four-star senior committed to Illinois, had an inconsistent weekend but impressed with his rebounding against a stacked Link Academy team. Wagler’s combination of size and shooting potential is appealing, and his development at Illinois is anticipated.

Onyx Nnani, a 6-foot-9 power forward heading to Arkansas State, displayed intriguing skills, including faceup shooting and ball-handling. While still raw, Nnani has the potential to be a mismatch at the next level with further development.

More Notes from Quincy

For lower to mid-major programs, Shane Lincoln, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Arlington (Va.) Bishop O’Connell, is a solid prospect. Lincoln’s ability to drive, draw fouls, and score consistently makes him an appealing addition.

Darius Bivins, a three-star point guard from the class of 2026, showed impressive game feel and pacing. Though undersized at 5-foot-10, his skills as a scorer and playmaker stand out.

Josh Kori from Oak Park is emerging as one of the top juniors in the Kansas City area. With his size, shooting ability, and defensive tenacity, Kori should start gaining attention from Division I programs soon.

Jacques Mitchell, a 6-foot-2 guard from Tulsa (Okla.) Booker T. Washington, is an explosive athlete with a lot of potential. He plays with energy, excels at attacking the rim, and has room to improve as a ball handler and decision-maker.

Jamison White and Jahadi White Jr., twin juniors from St. Louis (Mo.) Chaminade, are both highly intriguing. Jamison, a 6-foot-7 combo forward, has playmaking skills and could become a real mismatch if he improves his jump shooting. Jahadi, more of a power forward, is physically stronger and has already received offers from Iowa and Saint Louis.
