Reece James issues a three-word warning to Arsenal following his return from injury at Chelsea

Chelsea captain Reece James is close to returning to action after a hamstring injury at the start of the Premier League season

Chelsea captain Reece James has hinted that he is ready to return to action against Arsenal with a three-word message on Instagram.
football.london believes it is currently “too early” to determine whether he will be fit enough to play against Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.

The England international served his one-match suspension against Burnley last time out despite not being fit to play.
James is making good progress with his rehabilitation program but the Blues are yet to make a final decision, football.london understands last week.

However, the Chelsea captain has been spotted training with the rest of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad this week ahead of Saturday’s match against Arsenal. This suggests James is in contention against the Gunners, but it remains to be seen whether Pochettino will bring him straight back into action after such a long spell on the bench.

Malo Gusto is available after serving a three-match suspension following his sending-off against Aston Villa.
James’ return to form is a huge boost for Chelsea given his influence at both ends of the pitch and he has now issued a warning to the Gunners ahead of the clash at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

James posted a photo of him at Chelsea training, along with the caption: “Against all odds.” His message comes after reports this week suggested he could miss the match against the Gunners after suffering a setback in his recovery from a hamstring problem.

However, the Chelsea captain appears to have hinted that he will be available as he looks to develop his sharpness in training.
Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez did not take part in training but returned to Cobham after playing in South America during the international break.

Carney Chukwuemeka and Trevoh Chalobah will be unavailable against Arsenal this weekend as both were injured this week.
