Arsenal is thinking about signing Kylian Mbappe

Arsenal are considering the transfer of Kylian Mbappe in 2024.
We’re told the Paris Saint-Germain striker is admired by the Premier League club, who are considering whether or not to send a package to the Frenchman’s representatives.

Mbappe’s contract expires next year at the Parc des Princes, meaning PSG will have to sell him that window or risk losing his prized asset on a free transfer in 2024.

It is currently speculated that Mbappé will move to Real Madrid. PSG are sticking to their asking price for the player but if it’s lowered, Los Blancos could now make a bid to trigger the biggest transfer of the summer.

However, failure to do so would open the door to other clubs. If a deal is agreed between Mbappe and Arsenal, it would be a sensational move for Mikel Arteta’s men.

But the team know they would be second choice after Madrid and should hope that the LaLiga outfit somehow fail in their pursuit of the 24-year-old.

Following the Jacques Talbot story, Arsenal have added Aurélien Tchouameni to their list of transfer targets.

We’re told that unless they manage to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton or Southampton’s sought-after rising star Romeo Lavia, they will be testing the waters for the Real Madrid midfielder.

Arsenal have been long-time admirers of the France international and are now aiming to bring him to the Emirates if they fail to secure the services of the other two midfielders.

Tchouameni had an uneven season at Real Madrid last term, but we’re told Florentino Perez sees the midfielder as the centerpiece of next season.

He has instructed Carlo Ancelotti to give Tchouameni more minutes next season as part of a double pivot. Perez sees him as the next Casemiro and will certainly not accept less than the €100m Madrid recently paid AS Monaco
