Liverpool could target PSV midfield destroyer with €37m release clause to settle transfer issues

The PSV midfielder could be the solution for Liverpool midfielder problems.
Liverpool could move for Ibrahim Sangare of PSV, which reports, according to reports, a liberation clause of 37 million euros and could be another objective.
